I’m going to let you in on one of the Tri-Cities best kept secrets. This precious secret is that Yummie Pho located on Clearwater Avenue in Kennewick serves up the best pho in Kennewick. Nay, in the 509. When I talk to most people about pho, the first question is usually, “what the hell is that?”. Put simply, it’s a Vietnamese noodle based soup. And it is godd stuff!
I had some friends introduce me to it about 4 years ago in Seattle. Ever since, I’ve had to get a weekly dose of this heavenly goodness.
So my hat is off to my buddy Kom who owns Yummie Pho. I’ll be posting about it regularly.
P.S. So why does this fit into Shot And A Beer you ask? He’s applied for his liquor license so he can serve a little beer and wine.
