Long story short… I think the hot wings at Uncle Sam’s are the best. Let it be noted, that I haven’t had wings at Kennewick Jackson’s, Dave’s Famous BBQ, or Kimo’s yet. But so far, the wings at Uncle Sam’s are on top.
Why? A great combination of taste and heat. Outback’s have great flavor and a lot of meat on the bone, but the heat was lacking. The same can be said for the wings at R.F. McDougalls and the wings at Jacksons in Richland. Great flavor, no heat.
Give me another week or so and I’ll be able to tackle the remaining places.
