By now, I’d say you know how I feel about a French Dip sandwich. They’re hard to find and very easy to screw up. The Dugout in Pasco does a damn good French Dip. If you’re in Pasco and around Road 68 for lunch, give the Dugout a shot…and a beer. They do a damn […]

I popped out to Bookwalter for a quick bite and to talk “foodie” shop with a good friend. She recommended the Smoked Gouda Bacon Burger so I said, “why not?”. This is a darn good burger. The beef was flavorful and the mustard aioli and homemade “steak sauce” really made the burger pop. Bookwalter continues […]
I first came across Fast and Curryous during the 2017 Chefs on Parade. I had heard of them but hadn’t gone out of my way to visit them because, to be honest, Indian food isn’t towards the top of my favorite flavor profiles. That has now changed. To be short and simple, there isn’t any […]
This burger is one of the more legit burgers in the Tri-Cities. It has the “sweet and savory” thing going for it. It has the flavor from the flat top grill. It has bacon. It is a damn good burger. I maintain you’ll be hard pressed to find a better burger in the TC.
This was my first “real” visit to CG Public House since they rebranded from Country Gentleman. They have done a good job upgrading the interior and setting a different vibe. As with any first time visit to a “new” restaurant, I start off with a Dip if they have it on the menu. The Tri […]
The Landing Bistro and Lounge in Richland has recently started serving breakfast and they are setting the bar higher for all other places that serve breakfast. OMG. I thought yesterday’s breakfast was going to be the best thing I’d had in awhile. Now it’s competing with this waffle breakfast sandwich. I feel like this weekend’s […]
Oh my God. On the day I was going to do a “weekend detox” a fellow foodie IM’d me some breakfast foodporn from a place I didn’t know did the occasional breakfast. This deliciousness of a homemade biscuit, gravy, fried chicken, bacon, and egg might as well have been sent from the heavens. Everything was […]
Capocollo. Provolone. French Fries. Coleslaw. Tomatoes. Pepperoncinis. A little salt and vinegar. All of this makes for a damn good sandwich. You can find this sandwich on Eatz’ unofficial menu. When you’re looking for a great sandwich in the Tri-Cities, give Eatz a shot.
I had a little time to kill before a meeting where there would be snacks but I knew that I should grab a bite before going anyways. I figured sushi would do the trick because I’d be full for a little bit…and then starving again. I was in the neighborhood of Aki Sushi and thought […]
So I had errands to run in Kennewick which meant that I would be in the neighborhood of Fresh Out of the Box for the second day in a row. It truly broke my heart. This time I had the Gyro with the Bulgogi Beef. Good Lord it was delicious. The Korean style beef totally […]
