I love a great bowl of pho. There are a few places in the Tri-Cities for pho that do it respectably. Bangkok Thai is one of those spots. If you’re looking for a good bowl of belly warming pho, you will not be disappointed.
For me, Las Vegas is a mixed bag. There have been awesome times in Vegas and there have been horrible times in Vegas. This trip to Vegas was awesome. When you go anywhere with the best people, it’s what makes a trip memorable. I would like to thank the Golden Nugget, all of Fremont Street, […]
If you hadn’t noticed, I spend a bit of time at Eatz. The food is awesome and the people are cool. They are constantly trying to make their food the best it can possibly be. The pastrami sandwich is probably in the top two of pastrami sandwiches in the Tri-Cities. They typically serve it piled […]
I had to make a run to Seattle for a friend’s wedding. It didn’t break my heart at all since it meant I got to make a pitstop at Dicks. I love the burgers at Dick’s. It doesn’t matter if it’s a simple hamburger or cheeseburger or if it’s the Dick’s Special or Dicks Deluxe. […]

Porter’s BBQ is legit. For this trip he served up some burnt ends for me to enjoy. The crispy bark on this tri tip was absolutely delicious. Porters routinely serves up tri tip, chicken, turkey, and a host of delicious side dishes. Their mac n cheese and pickles are on point. If you’re looking for […]
There seems to be a few more spots popping up doing a good brunch in the Tri-Cities. The Landing Bistro is one of those spots. Eggs Benedict The Eggs Benedict was cooked perfectly. The Hollandaise sauce was lighter and had a little more citrus flavor than what you’ll find in others in the Tri-Cities. French […]
The Pastrami Sandwich at Foodies is truly one of the best sandwiches in the Tri-Cities. They make their own pastrami in house and if I recall, they said they brine it for about three weeks. And it shows. The flavor is amazing. The overall sandwich isn’t overpowered by the rye bread or the sauerkraut. This […]
