Sputnuts. I love Spudnuts. There are no others before Spudnuts. That is all. Carry on.
Best of the Best
PROOF Gastropub in Kennewick is the newest restaurant to open in the Tri-Cities. It is offering some outstanding food and drinks along with a very nice view extending north to the Columbia River. Crab Cakes My friend Ginger said these were the best crab cakes in the Tri-Cities. I wouldn’t disagree with this statement. They […]
I first came across Fast and Curryous during the 2017 Chefs on Parade. I had heard of them but hadn’t gone out of my way to visit them because, to be honest, Indian food isn’t towards the top of my favorite flavor profiles. That has now changed. To be short and simple, there isn’t any […]
This burger is one of the more legit burgers in the Tri-Cities. It has the “sweet and savory” thing going for it. It has the flavor from the flat top grill. It has bacon. It is a damn good burger. I maintain you’ll be hard pressed to find a better burger in the TC.
The Landing Bistro and Lounge in Richland has recently started serving breakfast and they are setting the bar higher for all other places that serve breakfast. OMG. I thought yesterday’s breakfast was going to be the best thing I’d had in awhile. Now it’s competing with this waffle breakfast sandwich. I feel like this weekend’s […]
Oh my God. On the day I was going to do a “weekend detox” a fellow foodie IM’d me some breakfast foodporn from a place I didn’t know did the occasional breakfast. This deliciousness of a homemade biscuit, gravy, fried chicken, bacon, and egg might as well have been sent from the heavens. Everything was […]
This was my second time to Fresh Out of the Box since they opened their brick and mortar location in the Marineland Village in Kennewick. On this visit, I had their Philly sandwich and it was amazingly delicious. With the way the bulgogi beef mixed with the peppers, onion, and nacho cheese, it was enough […]
I’d been hearing from some friends that I needed to get to Columbia Market in Pasco for some pho. It’s taken me some time to actually get there but I finally made it. This market reminds me of many I’d been to when living in Seattle. Maybe that’s why I think this pho had the […]
I haven’t been to the Sportspage for lunch in quite some time. Probably well over a year. I forgot how good their cheeseburgers are. This one one perfectly cooked. It had the right amount of caramelization from the flat top grill, the cheese was perfectly melted over the bacon and the patty. The lettuce, pickles, […]
Have you ever been to one of those places that just does it all right? The Maple Counter Cafe in Walla Walla is one of those places. I am not one to just blindly say, “So and so does “the best” whatever in wherever.” The Maple Counter Cafe is the exception to the rule. I […]
