So here’s the deal.  During this Boat Race Weekend in the Tri-Cities, call RAD Cab Company at 509.585.2944.  It’s a $4.95 meter drop and $1.95 per mile.  This is more than what you’d pay for a cab in Seattle, but much, much less than what you’d pay for a DUI.
