Dinner at Budd’s Broiler in Richland – September 21 2018
Calamari
This isn’t the first time I’ve had the calamari at Budd’s Broiler in Richland. I still think it’s some of the best you’ll find. When it’s perfectly cooked, it’s light, flavorful, and delicious. I think this appetizer holds up against any other challengers.
Meatloaf
I don’t remember the last time I’ve ordered meatloaf from a restaurant. This was hands down some of the best meatloaf I’ve had. It’s better than I can cook by a long shot.
Shrimp Scampi
I have it on good authority (my girl) that this shrimp scampi was top notch. If you see it on the menu, give it a go.
Burnt Cream
This burnt cream had a crust a mile thick. It was delicious and I’d order it again in a heartbeat.
When you’re looking for great food in the Tri-Cities, you really need to keep Budd’s Broiler in your top of mind. They do great food. They source more food locally than any other restaurant in the Tri-Cities. They just do great work.
