If you’re looking for a great drink in the Tri-Cities, Twigs Bistro in Kennewick is always at my top of mind. The drinks are usually well poured and of good value. The bartenders and waitstaff are on top of things and do a great job making sure the drinks never go empty. They do a good Happy Hour in the Tri-Cities and should be at your top of mind as well.
