Ham & Bacon Cheeseburger at Eatz Pizza – September 12 2017

I keep going to Phil at Eatz and asking, “when am I gonna get a good burger?” He always responds with, “you’ve had the best burger in town!” I reply with, “I’ve had a burger….”

When you have a guy who takes a lot of pride in his food, it’s pretty easy to mess with him to wind him up a little. He told me to sit down as he preps a what will be a helluva burger

It’s hard to beat a handmade patty that has a little of his meatloaf mixed in with it. Top that with copious amounts of bacon, ham, and cheese and you’ve got winner.
