There aren’t many places that do Mongolian in the Tri-Cities. I’ve been going to Hua’s Mongolian in Kennewick for my fix for years and it’s been doing the job. They offer a decent amount of food to choose from for a fair value.
That’s all I got.

A friend of mine convinced me to to noodle-less once (I know, sacriledge, right?! Who doesn’ t love noodles?). But I have to say, for lunch it’s really nice to not go back to work all carb-loaded. Try a big bowl of veggies & meat. Also makes the flavor/sauces pop more since they’re not diluted by the noodles.
*to go. To go without noodles. Sigh.
I totally agree. I tend to overload on the proteins and veggies and skimp on the noodles. Definitely less of a food coma a few hours later.
