My Birthday Lunch at Uncle Sam’s Saloon, Kennewick (behind the mall). I was hungry, killing some time, and wanted lunch, so I swung by Uncle Sam’s Saloon behind the mall for a birthday bite. It’s an easy spot for a casual lunch and it had a good lunch crowd of regulars when I was there — comfortable and familiar without being loud.

The service was great. My order moved through quickly and everyone I interacted with was friendly. The place felt relaxed, like somewhere locals drop in for a predictable, hearty lunch.
