Sometimes, a weekday lunch needs something a bit special, and sharing it with my dad, Nick, just makes it better. Today we ended up at Amendment XXI, tucked near the Wye in Richland. This spot always seems to draw a crowd for lunch, and it was busy in the best way possible — lots of chatter and good energy, but you’re never rushed.
