While I don't believe that any one dish that any one restaurant serves is “the best,” here's what I look for in a steak, and the places I'd highly recommend visiting (in no particular order).
If we’re talking ribeye, it should be marbled and juicy. If we’re talking filet mignon, it should be tender and buttery. If we’re talking New York strip, it should be hearty and full of bold flavor.
