A friend wanted to check out Publichouse 255 in Richland, and since I’d been there a few times already, I was happy to go back. This time, I had one thing on my mind—chicken wings.

The Experience
Publichouse 255, located in the former Fat Olives spot, was busy for dinner, which didn’t surprise me. Every time I’ve been here, it’s had a steady crowd. The service was quick and solid, hitting all the marks. No complaints there.
What Stood Out
- The Wings: These were legit. The citrus wing sauce brought a good balance of tangy and savory, making each bite worth it. The wings had a solid crisp to them, and they weren’t drenched in sauce—just the right amount to keep them flavorful without being messy.
- Consistency: I’ve been here a few times now, and each visit has been on point. It’s good to see a place that delivers every time.
