When it comes to celebrating a special occasion in the Tri-Cities, Cedars on Clover Island in Downtown Kennewick has always been one of those spots that just makes sense. For my birthday dinner on September 6th, I kept the tradition alive with a meal that checked all the boxes from start to finish.
