Sirloin with Chimichurri & Firecracker Salmon at PROOF – February 23 2018

This was by far the best experience we’ve had at PROOF Gastropub yet. My girl had the Firecracker Salmon and I had the Sirloin with chimichurri sauce.

The sirloin was perfectly seasoned and cooked. The chimichurri was absolutely delicious.

The firecracker salmon was awesome. It had the right blend of spices, heat, and flavor. I would definitely order both of these meals again.

I’m glad to see that PROOF has worked through their early opening jitters. The service was on point. Food came out quickly and the drinks were perfect.
