Ron over at Swampy’s BBQ and Catering is really killing it. I grabbed one of this Tri Tip Hoagies and it did not disappoint in the slightest. The flavor was on point. The value was there. The sides of bacon mac and cheese and coleslaw were outstanding. If you’re in East Kennewick and needing some bbq, go hit up Swampy’s for sure.
