Trying Out MOD Pizza – June 5 2017

The Tri-Cities sure does like its chain restaurants. Sometimes I wish we’d take Walla Walla’s lead and not fall all over ourselves for them. But whatcha gonna do?

Essentially, MOD Pizza is the “Subway of pizza”. You get in line. Walk down the aisle pointing out toppings you’d like on your pizza to whomever is building it. The concept works. You get your pizza pretty quickly. As for the pizza goes, they use a pretty thin crust and decent ingredients. This pizza ranks towards the middle of my preferences for all pizza restaurants in the Tri-Cities.
